CLASSES

With the Eat.  Sleep.  Pilates.  approach, I will share my passion and inspire my students rather than simply instructing them.  It is a complete hands-on and holistic approach helping clients explore a deeper understanding of movement through postural adjustments and breathing exercises.  

These classes will leave you feeling stronger, more flexible, taller and calmer.

Eat.  Sleep.  Pilates can be arranged as one-to-one / small group classes in the privacy of your own home, in the park or in your place of work.  Sessions are priced at £60 and last 60 minutes.  Save by choosing one of our package options (also available to purchase as a gift!).
